Fradyn Suárez has assumed the role and will focus on cross-border financing transactions within the Latin America and Caribbean regions, in addition to other emerging markets.
She has advised a large number of commercial and development banks, among other lenders and borrowers. She advises clients on transactions including project financing, acquisition financing, syndicated lending transactions, debt restructurings, and bond offerings.
Suárez's work has also included advising private equity funds and other investor clients in connection with the structuring and documentation of joint ventures and equity and debt investments in Latin America.
