ANI is seeking a company to prepare studies, design, finance, upgrade, build, operate and maintain the road, plus social and environmental management of the scheme, also known as Magdalena 1.
The project is an unsolicited proposal from a team led by Odinsa and El Condor with Mincivil, Latinco, EDL and SP Ingenieros.
Parties interested will have until December 1 to express their interest in the project. If there is no further interest ANI will award the Odinsa-led team.
The aim of the $304m ($961bn pesos) project is to connect the city of Medellin directly to the Port of Cartagena and the northwestern of Antioquia with Ruta del Sol, through Puerto Berrio.
