Entitled A Framework for Disclosure in Public Private Partnerships, the report provides a guidance framework for governments and jurisdictions to improve disclosure of information on deals, pre and post procurement.
The report urges jurisdictions to conduct a review of its P3 program, including transparency environment, history of P3 disclosure, as well as legal and policy framework.
In addition, countries are provided with details on how best to oversee disclosure at different stages of the procurement process and how best to provide this information.
Apart from its potential usefulness to practitioners in the public and private sectors, the framework is also intended for the World Bank Group and other multilateral development bank operational teams to play in increased role in better disclosure and transparency practices.
