Its Office of P3 Initiatives & International Affairs is seeking legal advisory services under a 12 month contract.
The winning bidder will review enabling legislation and assist the department and its team of P3 advisors in identifying and evaluating potential P3 projects, project procurements, and all other legal aspects of the P3 program.
ADOT is looking at a broad range of possible P3 opportunities, with projects currently falling in the broad categories of maintenance, land transfers, and enforcement.
Bids are due by January 18, 2017. A pre-offer conference will be held on January 4 in Phoenix.
Sperry Capital was awarded a financial advisory services contract by ADOT in June.
