RFP for Atlanta airport FBO

The City of Atlanta seeks a partner to design, construct, finance, operate and maintain a Fixed Base Operation (FBO) at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

On behalf of the Department of Aviation (DOA) the private partner will develop an industry leading luxury service to passengers while using the facility and first class transition to and from scheduled commercial flights. Public access will be eliminated maintaining a secure, private airport experience for VIPs, celebrities and diplomats.

New construction will consist of a minimum of 8,500 square feet to house three concepts on approximately 14 acres of land on the north side of the airport, they are; 

  • A world class FBO Terminal for general aviation use.
  • A Team Sport Terminal area to facilitate teams and executive events.
  • An Elite VIP Facility to provide premier services

These concepts may be designed to operate from one building. 

Proposals must be received by July 12, 2017, with questions due April 28. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 19 at Hartsfield-Jackson Technical Support Campus.
