Consultants sought for Brazilian lighting P3s

The World Bank has issued a request for expressions of interest for consultants to develop energy efficiency P3s across Brazil.

Consultants will help the bank identify 10 cities to implement of a pipeline of public lighting P3s. The World Bank intends to finance the assignment.

It is part of the DevFinBRAZEEC initiative of the global Infrastructure Facility to replace and maintain public lighting networks in several Brazilian cities.

Advisors have until October 11 to express interest.

Earlier this summer, the International Finance Corporation issued a request for expressions of interestfor consultants to structure a streetlighting P3 in Rio de Janeiro.
