Minister of Transport Guillermo Dietrich recently presented its P3 road program in Washington, DC, and New York, with the government looking to advance plans on the country’s recently announced pipeline of deals.
"We came to tempt American companies," Dietrich said at a meeting with Argentinean press at the Argentina embassy in Washington.
"We have never had an official presentation of our transport plan. We want to motivate construction companies from different countries to participate in the process," said Dietrich.
Dietrich has held meetings with the World Bank and IDB, as well as executives from firms such as Fluor, CH2M, General Electric and Aecom, amongst others.
In November, a complete three-phased plan involving 15 P3 road projects was announced.
