Colombia awards road advisory contracts

Colombian transport authority ANI has awarded two advisory contracts for the delivery of road projects.

A consortium of C&M Consultores (40%), Gómez Cajiao y Asociados (40%) and IKON Invesment Bank (20%), have been awarded the advisory contract for the road concession Puerto Salgar-San Roque in a deal worth $1.8m (COP 5.5m).   

This contract will study the remaining stretch of the Ruta del Sol II related to the Odebrecht scandal in Colombia.  Dimitri Zaninovich, president of ANI said: "With this deal we close the chapter regarding Ruta del Sol II. This new project is the one that will connect Puerto Salgar (Cundinamarca) and San Roque (Cesar)".   

Meanwhile, a consortium comprised of Consultores Sucursal Colombia (51%) and Bonus Banca de Inversión (49%), has been awarded the advisory contract for the road concession Malla Vial located in the department Valle del Cauca in a deal worth $2,8m (COP 8.5m).   

Both teams have until end of July 2018 to submit their studies.
