The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for P3 consulting services , with a conference call to be held on December 20 at 1pm Central Time.
“Although conference call attendance is optional, potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend to hear the explanations and ask questions about the State of Illinois registration requirements,” the university said.
UI seeks consulting services to assist in identifying a portfolio of assets within Student Affairs auxiliary units that could be placed within a P3. These units include the Parking Department, University Housing, Illini Union and Campus Recreation. UI may also seek services in developing, evaluating and awarding solicitations for identified projects.
Bidders have until 2pm on February 1, 2018 to respond to the RFP.
Meanwhile, West Virginia University has issued a tender to design, build, finance and potentially manage the Beckley WV Campus project.
