The Irish National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) has begun the search for technical advisors as it starts the next phase of its social housing PPP programme.

Working on behalf of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, the agency has released a prior information notice (PIN) on the procurement, with a contract notice set to be published later this quarter.

Last year, the NDFA released a PIN for its third social housing PPP bundle, which will deliver over 440 housing units across six sites in Dublin, Kildare, Sligo and Wicklow. As previously reported, the previous two bundles successfully reached financial close, attracting bids from major firms including Macquarie, John Sisk & Son, Kajima and Equitix.
