The firm has appointed former Wates commercial director Ben Cox as its new chief operating officer, while Stuart Hamilton becomes the firm’s new regional construction director, having previously been responsible for a portfolio of projects in Wandsworth and Westminster with Wates.
Meanwhile, Shelley Allsopp has been appointed as head of HR at Real, following previous roles at Roche Diagnostics UK & Ireland, and Sussex Partnership NHS Trust.
The new arrivals join the growing team at Real, which was established in April this year with a focus on regeneration and a portfolio of projects from Rydon Group. The company is led by former Wates Residential managing director Paul Nicholls.
