Ukraine, Italy tie up for high speed rail

Ukraine’s Minister of Infrastructure Vladyslav Krykliy and Italy’s Ambassador to Ukraine David La Cecilla have held a meeting to increase cooperation in Ukraine’s new wave of privately financed projects.
