Poland continues motorway PPP prep

Following a similar tender in February, the General Director of National Roads and Motorways of Poland (GDDKIA) has restarted its search for financial consultants to help bring a series of road PPPs to the market.

The contract is centred on the A2 motorway corridor, a main artery running across the nation, but could also expand to include other national roads over contracts three year duration.

As previously reported, the GDDKIA has earmarked a series of motorways upgrades are to be delivered through the PPP model. In March, this year the authority called for technical advisors to assist on projects on the A1, A2 and A3 corridors. 

Responses are due 27 November 2020.
