The National Development Finance Agency is to publish a contract notice later this month to procure the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of a number of new buildings and centres at higher education institutions across Ireland.
Individual market consultation meetings may be arranged with interested parties, via video conference, prior to the publication of the contract notice. Interested parties must pre-register their interest.
The project facilities are each expected to range in size from approximately 5,000m² to 13,000m² gross floor area. The locations of the five sites are Waterford, Limerick, Letterkenny, Carlow and Galway.
The Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science is the authority for this PPP bundle.
Responses are due by 16 October 2020.
