The City of Genoa has issued a concession notice for a public lighting project.

The city is seeking partners for the modernisation and management of its public lighting network.

The authority estimates the partner will have to invest EUR23m in the modernisation works, with the value of the concession going up to EUR52m throughout the 15-year term.

Construction works are expected to last two years, with the remaining 13 years for operation and maintenance of the network.
