Philip Wainwright will join both the Wates Group board and the executive committee on 3 December. He replaces Rod Holdsworth who joined the UK contractor as interim CFO in November 2017.
Wainwright was previously with Willmott Dixon and has held financial and general management leadership roles with Byrne Group, Laing O’Rourke, Biwater, National Grid and ED&F Man.
