Advisors sought for Togo Scaling Solar PPPs

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) has issued a request for expressions of interest for advisors to structure solar PPPs in Togo.

The IFC is seeking legal, technical, environmental and social consultants to provide support in the procurement of solar photovoltaic PPPs in Togo, as part of the Scaling Solar initiative.

Advisors will assist the IFC in conducting due diligence and defining the transaction structure, followed by tender preparation and procurement launch.

Under the plans, the government of Togo hopes to attract private investors to deploy 60-90 MWac of grid-connected solar photovoltaic projects.

The World Bank intends to finance the assignment.

Consultants have until 22 November to express interest.
