NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) has confirmed to Partnerships Bulletin the list of 28 firms is now live and open to the NHS and wider public sector to access free of charge. Publication of the contract award notice was delayed due to a technical portal issue which has now been resolved.
Firms including Addleshaw Goddard, Hogan Lovells, Sharpe Pritchard, Freeths, Gowling WLG and Mills & Reeve are among those to be included on the list of 28.
There are 11 lots under the framework with PPP expertise required across several lots.
Services under framework are available to providers and regulators of NHS funded services in England, while other public sector bodies across the UK will be able to use the framework subject to the approval of NHS SBS.
The contract runs to May 2020, with the option to extend by two years.
