King's Lynn launches housing programme

The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk is seeking a development partner to deliver up to 1,000 new homes.

The authority has issued a tender searching for interested parties that will work in partnership with the council to develop the programme, with the first phase proposed to deliver 600 homes across four sites.

No funding route or means of work have been established by the council, giving developers the opportunity to come up with novel approaches to the development.

A deadline of midday on 15 November has been set for interested parties to submit their bids.
