Agency Transport for NSW will invite firms to participate in the tender for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the new project on 21 October.
As part of the proposals, the LRT system will cover the capital’s central business district and the south east of the city.
An industry briefing will take place on 22 October, which will provide further details for interested bidders.
