Shortlist ‘drawn up' for Irish M11

A shortlist for the M11 highway PPP has been drawn up, according to reports – but the Irish National Roads Authority has denied the claims.

It has been reported that a shortlist including Meridiam, BAM PPP, PGGM, Iridium, Cintra and Jons Civil Engineering has been prepared for the next phase of the project, however a spokesperson told PPP Bulletin that no official announcement had been made.

The authority claimed that the project, which is still officially at request for qualifications phase, could see an announcement made next month after the final stages of the current process is complete.

When complete, the M11 Gorey to Enniscorthy Motorway will run from the Southern end of the Gorey Bypass at Clogh to Scurlocksbush at Oilgate and will incorporate the Enniscorthy Bypass.
