Further changes at Lend Lease

Simon Hipperson, chief executive of the firm’s Europe, Middle East and Africa division, has left the company to “pursue other interests”, just over a year after taking on the role.

Group chief operating officer Dan Labbad has taken on the role – which he held until May last year when he was promoted to the more senior position. Hipperson was recruited two months later to look after Labbad’s old remit.

Labbad will now look after the EMEA region alongside his role as group chief operating officer, and it is understood there are no plans at present to recruit a replacement for Hipperson.
