The country’s PPP Secretariat has issued an expression of interest request for a private partner to develop and maintain six open-air swimming pools and five indoor gyms across the country.
Procurement will be overseen by the General Secretariat for Sports of the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
Designed to develop aquatic sports, basketball, volleyball, handball and gymnastics in several municipalities, the project is part of a wider initiative to build eleven swimming pools and seven gyms to facilitate the plans.
Interested bidders have until 26 November to submit their proposals.
