Issued in September, responses to the Dublin Airport Authority’s request for information are now due by 21 November for the design, finance, build, operate and transfer project.
Under the plans, the winning team will oversee the project to increase jet fuel storage in the existing fuel farm at the site. The concessionaire will assume and continue operation activities of the site for a transitional period of around two years, during which time design, construction and commissioning of new fuel facilities will take place.
The concession arrangement will also cover additional developments, including future expansions of the farm and additional fuel hydrants to serve other parts of the airport.
