It is seeking a consultancy firm to provide the city with an optimal parking PPP strategy and to develop a set of PPP tender documents and offer tender process support through to financial close.
The objective is to provide the city with an underground garage PPP tender document approved by the Serbian PPP commission.
It plans to find a private partner who will finance, build, operate and transfer the new garage(s).
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has agreed to mobilise technical co-operation grant funds to provide support to the city in implementing the project.
The consultant is expected to start in early 2015, take 18 months with a maximum cost estimate of €350,000.
