German municipality seeks primary school partner

The municipality of Zeven in Germany is seeking a company to design, build and finance a primary school.

The new building will host 350 students and will be located in the same area of the existing school, which is reaching full capacity, as well as the cafeteria that needs to be extended.

Under a PPP scheme the winning company will build the school in a net area of 2,800sq m gross floor, plus the associated outdoor facilities such as management of traffic to allow students access to the school during the works.

The winning bidder will provide all the necessary planning and construction services as well as the interim financing.

Interested parties have until 7 December to express interest in participating in the project.
