Tender for French health PPP

A municipality in southwest France is seeking a private partner to design, build and finance a nursing home; advisers sought for French waste project

La Tremblade council has issued a contract notice to develop a nursing home (EHPAD) with 65 beds to be made available to the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale under a 52 year lease.

The contract is for 55 years with a maximum of three years permitted for construction.  The site is 3,150m2.

At the end of the contract the facility will be transferred to the municipality.

Submissions are due by 19 February 2016.

Meanwhile, the Communauté d'agglomération de Mantes-en-Yvelines (CAMY) in central France requires financial, technical and legal advisory services with PPP procurement expertise to prepare a waste project. The project involves the construction and operation of a recycling centre.

Tenders for the three year contract are due by 15 February.
