It is seeking consultants to evaluate how to attract and stimulate foreign participation in the country’s PPPs in order to promote economic growth.
The centre received a grant from the UK’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office for the Consultancy Services for the Development of Foreign Investment Framework for PPP programme, and now plans to make $80,519 part of the Approved Budget Contract (ABC). It will reject all bids that exceed the amount.
Potential firms will need to express their interest by 10am on 9 December 2016.
