The ministry has issued a single contract notice for legal, financial, economic and technical advice before and during the procurement of the D4 project. The budget for the 20-month advisory contract is over €3.8m.
In January, the Czech government approved the procurement of the construction of a 32km section of the D4 motorway between Pribram and Pisek as a PPP.
The project is the pathfinder for the government's PPP programme. Bids are due by 15 February.
In July, the government officially cancelled the previous tender for advisers for the project launched in 2015.
