The State of Schleswig-Holstein, through its building agency GMSH, has issued a contract notice to design, build, finance and operate a new building at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel.
The €24m project will be constructed on a site owned by the state and will consist of 2,700sq m multi-storey seminar and office building for the mathematics faculty.Under the plans, the partner will manage the building for 25 years.
Responses are due by 28 November, with a shortlist expected in December.
As previously reported, the State of Schleswig-Holstein has emerged as one of the strongest proponents of PPPs in Germany.
