The four teams pre-qualified for the Kilcarbery Integrated Housing Project by South Dublin County Council are:
- Adroit & Maplewood
- Alanna Homes
- Bam
- Bartra Capital
Last month the council confirmed to Partnerships Bulletin that four companies had been shortlisted for the project and it would be issuing an invitation to participate in dialogue shortly.
The €230m scheme has an estimated capacity to deliver 900 housing units with a tenure mix of 30% social housing units and 70% private residential units. The social housing units will be owned by the council. The private partner will identify the optimal solution for the development site and deliver it as efficiently as possible.
The council is also planning to deliver 8,000 new homes at the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone, with all options in relation to delivery of housing to be considered.
Meanwhile, Minister for Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform Paschal Donohoe is to announce Budget 2018 today.
