Shane Wilson will take up the role, where he will continue his practice focusing on project finance transactions across the Middle East and Africa. He regularly acts for borrowers and lenders on a wide range of finance and security matters, including infrastructure financings, and property and construction financings.
His experience includes advising a Japanese sponsor in connection with the Az Zour North 2 Independent Water and Power Project in Kuwait and advising a UAE government entity on the structuring and financing of a major infrastructure project.
“We’re very pleased to have Shane on board,” said Dubai office managing partner, Thomas Wilson.
“Support for our infrastructure clients is a priority, especially here in the Middle East, so that we can continue to provide a market-leading service in the financing, development, acquisition and sale of projects across borders and across sectors, whether in energy, transport, healthcare or housing.”
