A spokeswoman for Comune di Lignano Sabbiadoro, in north-east Italy, told Partnerships Bulletin that it will now be accepting tenders until 16 November for the renovation of its public lighting network, instead of 31 October.
The city is seeking a private partner will plan, finance and conduct works to upgrade its network and maintain the electrical system of buildings owned by the city.
Running for a 20-year term, the contract has an estimated value of €20.2m.
The authority has previously amended the deadline for the receipt of tenders for the project, which was launched in July.
