Nord LB has provided the debt on the £18m deal to deliver two schools in the Glasgow districts of Blairdardie and Carntyne.
The schools will be delivered by contractor Bam, with facilities management provided by Robertson. Hub West is comprised of Morgan Sindall and Apollo Capital Projects, in partnership with the Scottish Futures Trust and local authorities including Glasgow City Council.
Burness Paul and QMPF advised the special purpose vehicle, while Shepherd & Wedderburn, WSP and Aon advised Nord.
The group reached financial close on two health deals in April, when Nord first stepped in on the Hub West programme to act as lenders in place of Aviva.
