IPA signs Argentina MOU

The Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) and the City of Buenos Aires have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to strengthen collaboration on PPP.

The MOU aims to strengthening policy dialogue within the PPP infrastructure sector and promotion of steady economic growth of the city.

During the visit to London of an Argentine delegation headed by Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, Mayor of Buenos Aires, both governments committed to share experiences and best practices for the preparation, assessment and approval of infrastructure projects.

Argentina’s government has recently launched a 60-project PPP pipeline worth $26bn which will cover sectors such as energy, transport, water, sanitation, housing, education and health.
