Lille is seeking a concessionaire to modernise the centre of Bondues, just north of the city.
As part of the €20m ‘Cœur de Bourg’ project, the winner will finance and construct a four-hectare area with social housing and commercial spaces for an eight-year term.
Interested parties have until 22 January to submit responses.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Conseil départemental du Nord has confirmed to Partnerships Bulletin that the contract to plan, finance and conduct works across 12 government buildings in Lille will be awarded in July 2018.
The authority tendered the project earlier this year.
