The university has agreed a deal with Unite Students for a 25-year nominations agreement that will take its partnership with the firm to 1,350 beds.
Unite has acquired a development site in Oxford for the project, which will see new accommodation open for the 2019/20 academic year.
"This acquisition represents another exciting step in Unite's strategy of building long term partnerships with high quality universities,” said Unite Students chief executive Richard Smith.
Earlier this year, Unite disposed of 13 properties in a £295m deal.
