BTY expands European presence

Exclusive: Infrastructure and development consultancy BTY Group has further expanded its presence in Europe with the opening of a new office in Dublin, to coincide with next week’s Financing Irish Infrastructure conference.

The firm’s arrival in Dublin follows its opening of an office in London earlier this year and now gives it 19 offices across Europe, North America and MENA.

BTY’s new Dublin office will be led by Trinity College alumnus, Jack McInerney, BTY’s director of PPP advisory services in Europe.

“We aim to leverage our experience and expertise gained on close to 200 PPP infrastructure projects in a wide range of sectors – from transportation, aviation and renewable energy to healthcare, social housing and water and wastewater treatment – for the benefit of our clients across Europe,” he said.

McInerney has over 10 years’ experience as a lenders’ technical adviser on projects including the LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building PPP in the US, the BC Housing SRO Renewal Initiative in Canada and the İzmir and Kocaeli Integrated Healthcare Campus projects in Turkey.

BTY is supporting the Financing Irish Infrastructure conference, taking place in Dublin on Monday 11 December. For more information, click here.
