Advisers will assist the government of Cameroon in reviewing and strengthening the country’s PPP regulatory framework under the first phase of the programme launch.
The second component will be the prioritisation of projects, especially in the transport sector, followed by the development of business cases for three to four PPPs.
The final stage will focus on the provision of capacity building seminars for public authorities.
With an estimated value of $400,000, the assignment will receive funding from the PPIAF.
Consultants have until 15 December to express interest.
The World Bank has recently issued a request for expressions of interest for consultants to scope PPPs across various sectors in Ethiopia.
