Tretya Kontsessionnaya Kompania, Tramvaynye Puti Severnoy Stolitsy, Makyol İnşaat Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret, BaltNedvizhServis and ICALT will compete to deliver the Kupchino-Slavyanka tram project.
The authority tendered the project in August, in search of a partner to invest at least RUB25.9bn ($440.8m) to build, maintain and operate a high-speed tram line spanning more than 21km, connecting Slavyanka and Kupchino metro station.
Under the current schedule, the city expects to award the contract by the end of March 2018.
Earlier this year, the Central Ringroad 3 project in the Moscow region reached financial close.
