Interim investment chief for Canada Infra Bank

The Canadian Infrastructure Bank has named its interim chief investment officer (CIO).

Bruno Guilmette, who was last month named as one of 10 members of the bank's inaugural board, has been chosen as interim CIO and will immediately begin work to build up the bank's investment capacity.

“The board recognized the need to move quickly and Bruno Guilmette agreed to start the build up of our infrastructure investment capacity as interim chief investment officer, so that we can look forward to engaging with stakeholders,” said chair Janice Fukakusa.

Guilmette will step down from his board position while serving as CIO.
