Infrastructure Ontario has revealed that the following three teams will now battle it out for the contract to design, build and finance the rail line:

A request for proposals will now be issued to the three teams in early 2018. The project is part of Ontario’s significant Regional Express Rail (RER) Program. The request for qualifications was issued in August.
