Texas city tenders mixed-use P3

The City of Pflugerville, Texas, has issued a request for qualifications proposals for a master developer to deliver new civic, recreational and commercial facilities under a P3 approach.

According to the tender, a private partner will design, build, and potentially finance a new multi-generational recreation center and a new city hall.

The winning team will also design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a commercial mixed-use development on 29 undeveloped acres at its Downtown East project.

The partner will also be responsible for financing and constructing utilities, roadways, and other infrastructure.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting for the project will be held virtually on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 10am. Interested parties have until Friday, November 18, 2022 to submit qualifications proposals. To see the tender documents, click here.
