Indiana refuge housing P3 RFI released

Hamilton County, Indiana, has released a request for information (RFI) on its Domestic Violence Victim Shelter P3.

Under the plans, private partners are being sought to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a multi-unit housing refuge on a local 8 acre site.

The county is willing to use “innovative” financing methods that will “shift risk away” from the authority.

According to an indicative timeline, a request for proposals is set to be released in November, with a winner slated to be awarded in Q1 next year.

Responses are due October 30, 2022. The full tender can be found by clicking here.
