Kara Vague has joined from renewable energy and green hydrogen developer, Fortescue Future Industries, and will be a director in the asset management team in New York.
She has worked in strategic, commercial and governance roles in infrastructure over the last 15 years and has extensive P3 experience across transportation, health, education and defence. Prior to her time at Fortescue, Vague worked as a lawyer on Australian P3s including Sydney Metro and the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Also arriving in New York is Jasper Kienhuis, who has transferred to New York from John Laing’s London office and becomes a director in its mid-market core businesses unit. Adam Isenberg has transferred to Los Angeles from its London office as an associate.
Meanwhile, Richard Kim is joining as an associate director based in Toronto, Canada. He arrives from HSBC, where he was a director in real assets & structured finance, and had previously worked for National Bank Financial and Macquarie.
