The Vermont Agency of Administration is looking for advisors as it weighs P3 projects.
The agency is seeking wide ranging real estate advice as it looks to negotiate complex contracts including using P3s for property developments.
The consultants will join the authority’s Buildings & General Services arm for a period of two years, with a potential two year extension.
