Once started, the advisors will join the fund's Project Preparation Facility, a novel unit set up to prepare and deliver priority investment, including by using innovative finances such as PPPs.

The advisors will join its framework of legal, technical, financial and auditing advisors to enable the “quick mobilisation and cost-effective delivery” of projects.

The country has been on a hot run of procurement over the last few months, including major projects in the highway, metro, schools and irrigation sectors.
