The Government of Malawi is preparing a multi-university student housing accommodation PPP bundle.
Under the plans, private partners will design, build, finance, operate and maintain housing development at three universities in the country.
The three sites are at the University of Malawi in Zomba Chancellor College, Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences in Blantyre and Malawi University of Science and Technology in Thyolo.
The World Bank, which is working with the authority, is looking for legal, environmental and technical advisors to help with the project’s preparation.
