The London Borough of Camden has released a contract notice for its Bacton Phase 2 PPP project.
Under the plans, private partners will deliver a wide-reaching regeneration development adjacent to the recently completed first phase Bacton Estate project.
Although subject to review, previous plans for the site included space for 176 private homes, 61 social rent homes and 10 intermediate homes, as well as commercial areas.
The project will be delivered through a design, build and finance contract with a long lease attached, valued at £133m. The partner will also be able to sell the private homes.
