DIF Capital Partners has appointed a new chief financial officer (CFO).
Zaina Ahmed-Karim will take up the reins, following the retirement of Robert Doekes. Prior to taking the role, she served as the chief financial officer of investment management firm Dasym, after working for over 25 years at EY.
Doekes, who held the role for 13 years, will continue to work with the firm as an advisor.
DIF’s managing partner Wim Blaasse said he is “confident [Ahmen-Karim’s] longstanding background and experience will be of great added value to DIF.
“At the same time, her appointment will further increase the diversity of our senior leadership team.”
Meanwhile, the firm has also made Tom Goossens and Vincent Liu partners.
